Architecture, for us, is a conversation – between spacecommunity, and creativity.

We’re a Bengaluru-based architecture and design practice founded by Karthik Parambhan Nair & Deepika Sadanand, built on one habit before every project: listening. We spend as much time in a place its soil, its light, its people as we do at the drawing board, because a building that belongs somewhere has to be earned, not imposed. Over a decade of practice has taken us across residential, hospitality, institutional and commercial spaces in Bengaluru and beyond, and we’ve been trusted with institutional, campus and community work by names like IISc and Sri Sidharshrama Bengaluru alongside community housing, public libraries, senior-living campuses and multi-family homes.

Every project we take on runs through a disciplined process – Inference, Analysis, Production so design decisions come from evidence, not assumption. We treat architecture as authorship: measured, layered, and felt. It means turning a client’s ambitions, the memory of a place, and a community’s needs into spaces that resonate spaces that are functional, sustainable, and culturally rooted, bridging tradition and contemporary thinking rather than choosing between them.

|  “We don’t design onto a site, we let the site tell us what it needs first.” |

This is the thread running through everything we build: institutional & campus architecturecommunity & public spacesresidential & multi-family housingadaptive reuse & cultural spaces, and  landscape-led master planning — each one grounded first in site analysis and design research, because we never draw before we’ve read the place.

Every project starts as a question about its place, not an answer brought to it. Let’s start the conversation.
