Interlace Hotel

Location Bangalore

Typology Hospitality

Size 20,000sqft

Situated near the iconic ISKCON temple, it benefits from excellent visibility both from the bustling street below and the elevated metro flyover above. This prime location inspired a façade design that captures attention—a folded glass origami structure that wraps around the building, creating a dynamic and sculptural shield for the suite rooms facing the street. This innovative glass façade not only adds visual interest but also provides privacy and light control for the rooms.

On the topmost level, the hotel opens up to a spacious steel-framed party area. This elevated outdoor space offers guests panoramic views of the surrounding cityscape, making it an ideal spot for social gatherings and events, energized by its vibrant atmosphere.

The project is a thoughtful retrofit that respects the existing structural framework, carefully integrating new design elements without compromising the building’s integrity. At the ground floor, visitors are welcomed by a grand staircase that leads into a modern lounge and café area, creating a warm and inviting entrance experience.

This fresh façade treatment gives the building a bold, new identity, turning it into a distinctive landmark that stands out within the neighborhood while complementing its surroundings.
