Designed as a peaceful retreat for a doctor’s family, The Oasis sits quietly at the center of a large 100 by 200 feet plot, embraced on all sides by mature trees. The eastern edge of the site is dedicated to a party area, which serves as the home’s primary facade—both inside and out—offering a strong visual connection. 

A prominent feature wall along this side acts like a living picture frame, drawing views inward and outward, creating a meaningful dialogue between the house and its surroundings. This wall becomes a focal point, inviting the outside landscape to become part of the interior experience. 

The interior layout follows traditional Vaastu principles, centered around a courtyard and anchored by a grand staircase that shapes the flow and experience of the home. This courtyard brings natural light and ventilation into the heart of the residence, while the staircase creates a sense of journey through the volumes. 

Spaces are carefully defined by volumes, each carrying its own mood, reflected thoughtfully in the voids and openings of the façade. These design choices create a balance between privacy and openness throughout the home. 

The Oasis is designed to offer solace—a harmonious blend of calm and connection—providing the family with a serene escape from the busy world outside.
