Sky Mosaic is a low-rise residential development designed to house hundreds of units while fostering a strong sense of community. The brief was to create a cost-effective, amenity-rich environment where shared spaces and individual identities could coexist. 

To achieve this, the design introduced linear setbacks between clusters of housing blocks. These setbacks became active shared zones—hosting amenities like the reception lobby, courtyard, pool, gym, multipurpose hall, and indoor games area. These interstitial spaces form the social heart of the development, encouraging interaction and connection among residents. 

Scale played a key role in shaping the project. While the massing remains modest, each floor was given a unique balcony character—subtle changes that offer individuality to each level and help residents relate personally to their homes. These variations in balcony design create a rhythm across the façade, breaking down the scale and adding visual interest. 

The overall layout ensures that despite the density, the community feels open and inviting. Like pieces in a mosaic, the homes come together to form a larger picture—diverse yet unified, private yet collective. The design balances the needs of individual living with the benefits of shared amenities, creating a vibrant neighborhood where people can live, connect, and thrive
