Located near the beach, this house was designed to make the most of the endless sea views. The building is raised to capture these views, with the pool positioned on the top level, offering a stunning horizon over the water.

The design grew out of the client’s desire to enter through a grand, triple-height volume, framed by sculptural staircases on either side that lead upwards. The various living spaces are thoughtfully arranged around this central volume, each overlooking it and creating a sense of connection throughout the house.

The exterior and interior both make a strong statement — the building combines a modern, contemporary aesthetic with a refined, upscale look. The terrace is designed for living and entertaining, featuring a pool, projector, party area, and gym, all crafted to allow residents to fully enjoy the coastal setting.
