The Wave is a community of homes designed around a shared sense of openness and connection. Each unit is anchored by its own distinctive double-height terrace—positioned between two homes and enclosed by a generous glass façade. This design creates a strong visual identity for each home while allowing natural light to flood the interior spaces. 

Wrapping this volume is a second skin: a sun-screening façade shaped in a fluid, wave-like form. This dynamic layer not only filters light but also creates a sense of movement across the elevation, visually linking the individual homes into one cohesive whole. The interplay of light and shadow on this wave-like screen adds depth and rhythm to the building’s exterior, making it a vibrant presence within the neighborhood. 

At the heart of the project is the terrace space—imagined not just as an extension of the home, but as a shared zone for activity and interaction. It houses spaces for exercise, indoor gatherings, and other community-focused amenities, encouraging everyday connection among residents. The design balances privacy and community, creating a place where individual homes coexist harmoniously with shared experiences and amenities, fostering a true sense of belonging.
