Located on a busy city street that connects several key parts of the city, this low-rise multi-family residence was designed to stand out in motion. The fast pace of its surroundings called for a bold architectural gesture—something that could catch the eye, even in passing. 

The idea of The Weave emerged from this need. Each floor was imagined as a thread, woven together in three dimensions. Balconies became the points where these threads meet—creating moments of overlap, interaction, and rhythm across levels. 

To heighten this visual movement, clean white RCC lines frame the structure, housing bold accent colors that add contrast and depth—bringing the whole composition to life. These sharp lines create a dynamic interplay of light and shadow throughout the day, emphasizing the building’s sculptural quality. 

The design also thoughtfully considers the needs of its residents, providing functional outdoor spaces while responding to the urban context. The building acts as a vibrant thread within the fabric of the city—connecting people, spaces, and views. Through this woven architectural expression, the residence invites interaction and engagement, making it more than just a building but a living part of the neighborhood.
