The structural frame is built from mild steel, chosen for its strength and durability, providing a sturdy skeleton for the home. Inside, materials like cement board, plywood, and laminate are used to create a warm and resilient finish that balances practicality with comfort. The walls and roof are constructed using insulated panels topped with a roofing sheet, which enhances energy efficiency by providing insulation against heat and weather, ensuring the interior stays comfortable year-round. 

A key feature of this design is its ease of assembly and disassembly, allowing for quick construction and the potential for relocation or reuse.
